You should know how Friendlyurban Concrete works and how we earn money. This page spells out our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Short answer: we are a referral and marketing business. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour driveways, build patios, stamp or seal concrete, or do any other construction work.
When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.
Providers or marketing partners may pay Friendlyurban Concrete for calls, form requests, or other referrals. The payment can depend on things like call length or whether the call is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.
This payment does not change the price a provider quotes you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to. The provider sets the price.
Providers are separate businesses. None of them are employees, agents, or partners of Friendlyurban Concrete. Each one alone answers for:
A connection is not an endorsement of the provider's work, and we make no promise about it. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Get a written estimate. Compare other quotes before you choose.
Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some are recorded. This is for quality, verification, and billing.
