How to Send a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Friendlyurban Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Friendlyurban Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that is unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, go to the provider first. Keep a written record.

Then tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. Providers that keep falling short may be removed. But be clear on this: Friendlyurban Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

How to File

Email contact@friendlyurban.beer and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short note on what happened and what you want from us

What Happens After

We confirm by email that we got your complaint. That usually takes a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
