Reach Homeowners Who Want New Concrete

Friendlyurban Concrete is a referral service. It does not employ crews. It sends requests from homeowners in St. Petersburg and the St. Petersburg area to independent providers. If you run your own concrete business, you may be a fit.

This is not a job posting. There are no staff roles here. It is a way for your business to hear from people who are ready to talk about a project.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who do new work, such as:

• Concrete driveways and replacements
• Patios and other concrete flatwork
• Stamped and decorative finishes

You should serve homeowners in the region. You should have your own tools, crew, and vehicles. Experience with humid weather, heavy rain, and sandy or wet soil is a plus.

What We Expect

Homeowners count on a clear process. Providers in the network are expected to:

• Hold the license or registration your state requires.
• Carry the insurance your work calls for.
• Give written quotes with materials, thickness, and base prep.
• Answer homeowner questions in plain words.
• Be honest about timing and weather.
• Stand behind your own work.

The contract is between you and the homeowner. Friendlyurban Concrete does not direct your work or set your prices.

• A few photos of finished work

We read each message and reply when a fit looks right. Request volume varies, so no one can promise a set number of jobs.
