How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent local concrete provider. Not a call center script. Not a salesperson for Friendlyurban Concrete. Each provider runs their own business and sets their own prices.

What Happens Next

You share your project. The provider asks a few plain questions. How big is the area? Is there an old slab to remove? Where does rain run off now? Photos help.

Then the provider may offer to visit the site. Many jobs need a look in person. A good quote depends on seeing the ground, the slope, and the access.

What to Ask a Provider

Keep the list short. Ask these:

  • What will the base and thickness be?
  • Will the slab have steel or fiber reinforcement?
  • How will water drain away from the house?
  • Are control joints planned, and where?
  • What can I do myself, like clearing or marking the area?
  • How long before I can walk or park on it?
  • When should I seal it, and how often after that?

Get the answers in a written quote. Compare more than one if you can.

You Stay in Control

Sending a request does not lock you in. You can ask questions, say no, or wait. No one is required to hire anyone. If a quote feels vague, ask for more detail. Prep, then pour. A rushed plan is a weak slab.
